Returns at CherryBombshell - FAQ

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CherryBombshell, please return the item (or items) to us in their original and fulll condition within 7 days of receipt of the item. To arrange a return, please email info@cherrybombshellindustries.co.uk. Once the return is authorised by a CherryBombshell representitive a Returns Authorisation Code will be e-mailed to you. Returns or exchanges sent back to us without a Returns Authorisation Code will not be processed. Please note that some products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons such as earrings. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Cherrybombshell recommend you send any item for return to us using a an insured delivery service for the value of the goods, such as the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery.

Refunds

Any returned items will be refunded subtract the cost of the original postage fee. You will be notified by e-mail once this has been done. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly in relation to the original discount.

Exchanges

At present we do not accept exchanges, although we are happy to refund any order your are unhappy with as detailed above.

Waterproof Items and Water Damage

Please be aware, that due to the nature of the items produced at CherryBombshell, our products are NOT WATERPROOF. Please do not take our jewellery into the bath, swimming or where it will be exposed to water for a significant period of time. Return due to water damage will NOT be accepted.

Do I pay for return postage?

If you are returning an item, to us for refund then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note, the item is also your responsibility until it reaches CherryBombshell. To safegaurd the delivery of your goods to us, we recommend an insured delivery method.

You haven't refunded my postage charge?

Delivery charges (the charge originally levied to deliver the item(s) to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.

I've received a faulty item from you.

Unfortunately damage can happen in transit. All items sent out by CherryBombshell are checked for high quality before they are sent. If the item you received is faulty, please e-mail us quoting your full name, address, order number, product details and the problem, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return a faulty item before contacing us.
