Ordering at CherryBombshell - FAQ

How do I order?

All the items you see are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the number required and click “add to cart”. You can then add additional items to your shopping cart or go to our checkout. Please note you will need your house address, your billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent).

How can I pay?

At present we accept Credit Card Payments via Worldpay, Paypal, Google Checkout, Cheque and Postal Order.

 

To pay by Credit Card, please select the Worldpay option during checkout. Here you will be directed to the secure Worldpay website to pay with your credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Electron. Credit Card transactions are completely secure due to our SSL certificate and also the secure Worldpay payment system.

 

To pay by Paypal you will need a Paypal account for the checkout process. Paypal payments are 100% secure as they are dealt within Paypal themselves.

 

To pay by Google Checkout you will need a Google account for the checkout process. Google Checkout payments are 100% secure as they are dealt within the Google system themselves.

Cheques and Postal Orders

Paying by Cheque, please make the cheque payable to "CherryBombshell Industries"

 

Paying by Postal Order, please ensure that the postal order is "CROSSED" before you send it, to ensure the postal order cannot be intercepted in the mail.

What currency do you accept?

All our prices and payments are in GBP (Great British Pounds)

Is ordering with you safe?

At present all our payments are dealt with through the WorldPay payment system for Credit Card payments, the Paypal payment system and Google Checkout system, which means no card details are required to be input by a customer on our website. Paypal, Google Checkout and Worldpay use military grade security technology to ensure your transactions are safe and secure.

Can I Alter my Order?

Providing your order has yet to be shipped, we can alter your order as required. If the item has already shipped then I'm afraid we cannot. Please email info@cherrybombshellindustries.co.uk with your order number if you need to alter or query anything.
